The following programmes are taken from the www.therunningclinic.com website which is a great resource for all things running. Before undertaking any new exercise we recommend speaking to our physiotherapists about your training and establishing a con-current conditioning programme.

This program is for you if…

– your goal is to complete your first 5k.

– your goal is to complete your 5k under 25 minutes.
