Space Clinics

We are always incredibly proud to share our patients’ achievements and today is no different with a fantastic result for Zoe who picked up the Best Female Lifter Trophy at this year’s Weightlifting Scottish Open. Well done Zoe, a brilliant achievement and thanks for the kind words…

“Thanks so much for your help with my shoulder last week, I have been doing the exercises and it feels so much better already.
I competed in Kilmarnock on Sunday at the Scottish Open and as promised here is a pic of me with the Best Female Lifter Trophy, and the trophy for First Place in my weight class (W71). I Snatched 85kgs, and Clean and Jerked 100kgs. A fairly good day out  🙂 “
A fellow weightlifter recommended Space Clinics to me after having a good expereince with them. I have been to see Kenny with shoulder and wrist injuries/niggles in the past year, and both times he has listened to my concerns with care, conducted a thorough assessment, and provided an appropriate treatment plan which resolved my problem. Kenny also takes time to explain physiology and mechanics of the injury, which I really appreicate. I am very impressed with the standard of care, and will not go anywhere else for Physio in Edinburgh. I cant recommend Space highly enough – best physio team in town by a long shot!

Having worked with the Scottish Weightlifting/Powerlifting squad at last years Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast Australia, our physio Kenny Watt is well placed to help any lifters who may be struggling with an injury impacting on their form. Don’t hesitate to contact the clinic for appointments.
