SPACE welcomes newest recruit Sima Padbod
New Staff Member Announcement!! For any squash players out there we especially encourage you to read on….
SPACE are incredibly excited about our new physiotherapist joining us in our Edinburgh clinic from next week.
We take great pride in the quality of staff within the clinic including physiotherapists who have worked at numerous Commonwealth Games, World University Games, Six Nations Championships, Rugby World Cups, British Lions Tours, World Swimming Championships as well as within a plethora of professional sports teams. It is this level of quality and depth of knowledge that sets the clinic apart within Scotland.
Our newest staff member not only lives up to these standards as a clinician but is an outstanding athlete in her own right.
Sima Padbod joins us after completing her Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary University of London, one of the most prestigious sports medicine courses in the world.
She not only brings a superb academic background but has previously spent 4 years as Lead Physiotherapist for Squash, Swimming and Rhythmic Gymnastics at the Malaysian Institute of Sports in Kuala Lumpur.
She has attended a vast number of international squash competitions not only treating top-level players but also competing herself, reaching a PSA World Ranking of 126. This gives her a unique insight into not only squash but a number of racquet sports.
Bringing a physio of Sima’s quality to the clinic is a huge coup and we hope the sporting population of Edinburgh will benefit greatly.
Don’t miss your chance to get in and see our newest recruit. For more information on Sima follow the link to her profile https://spaceclinics.co.uk/sima-padbod/ and call the clinic to get booked in for not only any injuries you may have but discussions about all things performance.
